Despre experimentul Woergl din Austria in timpul crizei economice, atunci cand primarul a folosit bani tipariti local pentru a pune economia in miscare si a reduce somajul. De fapt in 13luni a avut loc o inflorire economica a oraselului. Ceva de felul asta ar prinde bine si la noi. Pun pariu ca imediat s-ar "basica" de suparare sistemul bancar :twisted: si ar da FMI cu pumnul in masa. Dar cui ii pasa?
